2. Tour properties:

   Now it's time for the fun part - print your guest card and go check out the apartments on your own, or have your Apartment Lovers agent do the driving for you! Make sure you tell the apartment complex that you found them using apartmentlovers.com!

3. Submit applications:

   Once you've found the perfect new apartment, fill out the applications and secure your new home before someone else jumps on it! Your agent can help you through each step of the process to make sure it's stress-free.

4. Sign your lease and move in:

   Once you've signed your lease agreement just wait for your move-in date and then say hello to your new home!

5. Report your lease and get your reward card!:

   Once you've moved in, report your lease to get your reward card directly to your new home! It's our way of saying thanks for using Apartment Lovers!

To get your reward card of up to $500 with Apartment Lovers , start by using ApartmentLovers.com to search for your new apartment. Our search apartment engine allows you to filter the properties that are right for you. Once you've decided which properties you'd like to tour, the next step is to print your guest card to take to the properties with you on your tour.

Once you have toured the apartments you'd like to see and decided on your perfect new home, it's time to report your lease to Apartment Lovers. Simply fill out the online form under the report your lease tab with the information about your new place and check the boxes below. As long as you found your apartment with ApartmentLovers.com before you contacted the community, told them you used Apartment Lovers and indicated this on your guest card, and signed a lease, you're approved for up to $500 cash back!

After you submit your lease report, you'll receive an email with a password to your personalized account with Apartment Lovers. You can then login to the account and check the status of your reward card 24/7 and as soon as it's ready we'll send your card to you in the mail. That's it!

Report Your Lease

If you've already found your new apartment using Apartment Lovers and have printed your guest card, toured the property, and signed your lease, it's time to report your lease and claim your reward card! To report your lease, simply fill out the simple form below and tell us about yourself and the property. Then check the boxes below and click "submit your lease report" and that's it - you're done! You'll then receive a confirmation email from Apartment Lovers so that you can check the status of your lease. Once your reward card is ready, we mail it to you - it's that simple!

Check Status

Once you've reported your lease with Apartment Lovers, you'll receive a confirmation email with login information. Just enter your Lease ID and email below to check the status of your reward card!
